PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders from the United States will usually ship the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

In-stock Orders

Domestic (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): 1-4 business days

Canada and the UK : 3-7 business days

European Union: 7-10 business days

Australia: 1-4 business days

Pre-orders and Back-orders

All items are currently in stock and available for immediate purchase in the United States. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 30 business days of their restock date.

DELIVERY FEES AND COUNTRIES

Delivery fees and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping on orders over $49 USD to the U.S. mainland, $59 CAD to Canada, $100 AUD to Australia, €49 EUR to the EU, £39 GBP to the UK, and ¥5,000 JPY to Japan. Currently, we ship to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, and Australia.

SHIPPING TO PO BOX, APO/FPO

We take every step to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely fashion. To accomplish that, we can only accept physical addresses (no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.)

MILITARY ADDRESSES

Due to internal procedures and regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to military addresses.
