Returns eligibility

PetSnowy products purchased directly through petsnowy.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund. If you shop on a different website. Please comply with the website policy. You only have to pay return shipping.

If you’ve purchased your PetSnowy product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.

Returns process

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.

2. Prepare and package your item in original package to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.

3. Determine your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.

4. Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
